Mojito

Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water, and mint. Its combination of sweetness, citrus, and mint flavors is intended to complement the rum, and has made the mojito a popular summer drink.

Main alcohol: Rum
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz White rum, 6 leaves of Mint, Soda Water, 1 oz Fresh lime juice, 2 teaspoons Sugar
Preparation: Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice. Rum added and topped with soda water. Garnished with sprig of mint leaves. Served with a straw.
Served: On the rocks; poured over ice
Standard garnish: Sprig of mint, Yerba buena
Drinkware: Collins glass.

Sidecar The sidecar is a cocktail traditionally made with cognac, orange liqueur, plus lemon juice. In its ingredients, the drink is perhaps most closely related to the older brandy crusta, which differs both in presentation and in proportions of its components.  Main alcohol:  Brandy Ingredients:  2 oz Cognac, 3/4 oz Lemon juice, 3/4 oz Triple sec Preparation:  Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Served:  Straight up (without ice) Drink ware:  Cocktail glass IBA specified ingredients:  5 cl cognac; 2 cl triple sec; 2 cl lemon juice
